This Caterpillar toy is one of Barefoot’s most popular and most often copied toys, and you easily see why.  She is very cute with her big round eyes and wide smile, but she has extra play value because all her sixteen ‘donuts’ can slide off and on again, for both manual dexterity and counting.  The caterpillar also makes a great decoration as she can be hung up by any of her donuts, or crawl along a bookshelf.  Caterpillar is very brightly coloured and the cotton is hand woven and therefore, has a lovely texture (unlike the cheap copies).  She is stuffed with kapok fibre and dyed with eco-friendly, safe dyes and is washable.  Caterpillar is recommended for children over 36 months because her body without the donuts could constitute a noose hazard.  Gentle wash.
