2. put a key word into the search engine (top left, under the logo) 

To help you browse, we have put some suggestions of things you might also like to see at the bottom of each product page.  Just click on the picture and you will be taken to the relevant page.

 3. when you have chosen a product, add it to your basket by clicking the yellow box at the bottom of the page.  You will be taken to a page that shows you what you have in your basket, and the cost.

along the top of the page.  You can return to any previous stage by clicking on the relevant word.

4. you can either carry on shopping, or go to the checkout by clicking the relevant box.

6. if you are a new customer, you will need to register.  Just follow the instructions.

7. when you proceed to checkout, you will be given a form for your credit card details.  Please fill it accurately.

8. if you have any special requirements e.g. a message to the postman to leave the parcel in the porch, just add this in the special notes option and we will label the parcel accordingly or if your purchase is a gift, we can send you the receipt electronically so your recipient doesn't see the price of the gift – just let us know.

9.  make sure your delivery address is correct if it is different from the billing address.

10. if you have completed the process successfully, you will receive an e mail confirmation.
