We aim to deliver the best possible customer experience and we therefore, adhere to all current and proposed legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you and in order to clarify this, we have a published Privacy Statement.

Products

Many of the products on this website are individual in terms of colour combinations and the likelihood is that that specific combination will not be repeated. As all the items are hand made, no two are absolutely identical in terms of dimensions, faces sewn on to toys etc. Therefore, many of the products are individually photographed. Once it has been selected, it will be taken off the website and another will be photographed and put on to replace it. If we say that "you are unlikely to see this colour again", it means that we only have one in that particular colour combination, and we cannot tell if another item in that colour will be made again. When we say "colours may vary" it means that we have a few in stock that are very similar. Some products come in plainer colours and you are able to choose colour from a drop down menu. Some other products that are photographed in a group are sufficiently similar in appearance (although never identical) that they are classified as "colours may vary" to keep them inexpensive.

Gift Messages/Wrapping

We have decided not to offer a gift wrapping service because many of the products are bulky and irregular in shape and as we use tough bags for posting, it would probably not survive the postal journey looking pristine. So to avoid disappointment, we offer a gift tag service only, i.e. we will include a personalised message with any gift item. You are entirely responsible for any text or other material that you send on this gift message system. We accept no liability for any such content.

We reserve the right to reject any message you ask us to send to a third party.

Methods of Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit. If you order off line you may also pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to So Indigo and write your name and address on the back of the cheque. Cheque orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared.

All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

In the unlikely even that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with So Indigo, you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment. If the payment has already been made, you, the consumer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the goods you order are faulty, we will either refund your money to you, or send you an alternative, whichever you prefer. Just return the goods to us in the original packaging. We will refund the postage you have paid returning the goods to us. You must tell us within 14 working days from the order date via the "contact us" option on the website.

If you want to change your mind about your purchase, please return the goods unused to us in the original packaging within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. However, please note that we will not be able to refund your return postage in this circumstance. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Legal Statement

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the UK mainland. Those who choose to access this site from another location are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that, local laws are applicable. The contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance email is sent to you.

Damage to your Computer

So Indigo makes every effort to ensure that the website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. So Indigo shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
